”Want to dance? Feel freeze!” Tundra Man, a Robot Master with a penchant for ice skating and a flair for the theatric, has just been revealed for Mega Man 11! This elegant boss is sure to be a fan favorite, so read on for more about the marvelous Robot Master and his sinister stage set in a museum that’s been frozen to its core.
In a past life, Tundra Man was a surveying robot, designed to keep track of various environmental changes in some of the coldest places on the planet. With no one else around except a few animals and a television to keep him company, Tundra Man found a new purpose watching an ice skating championship on TV. Ever since that fateful day, Tundra Man has dedicated his life to the fine art of figure skating, and now claims a frozen museum as his new lair with the hopes of one day displaying his icy art form to the world.
Unlike the (relative) safety of Boing-Boing Park , the museum is a much more hazardous place. The floors, walls, and ceilings are covered with dangerous icicles, and true to classic Mega Man games, a single run-in with spikes can spell doom for our hero! Be sure to tread carefully, as getting around on the slippery, icy floors can be a difficult task on its own. You’ll have to stay on your feet and ensure you’re keeping a grip on things to avoid sliding into stray enemies like robotic snowflakes that lazily drift down from the sky, or birds that drop frozen blocks of ice on Mega Man’s head. Keep an eye out for stray Gabyoall security robots, too – this classic floor-hugging enemy becomes an even bigger threat when you’re sliding around.
You may be on thin ice in this stage, but that doesn’t mean it’s all doom and gloom. You’re still in a museum, so think of it like you’re taking in exhibits. Watch your step as you go, take things slow and steady to avoid nasty run-ins with spikes and pits, and maybe give yourself a moment to appreciate the sights. Most museums ask you nicely not to touch the exhibits, but this marvel of technological archaeology is decidedly more hands-on when you get to the mid-boss.
I present to you this specimen from an unknown era: a robot platform carrying around the skeleton of a mechanical mastodon. While you may be tempted to aim for the mastodon on top, don’t be fooled – it’s the platform below that makes up the brain of the operation. For something so large, this duo is surprisingly agile! You’ll need to put all your skills to use to avoid being hit by damaging attacks as it crashes around the room. The icicles that drop from the ceiling can do some serious damage to a certain blue robot caught underneath, but they might have more than one use if you keep your wits about you. After you send this mid-boss back to the Stone Age, you’ll be able to glide on to Tundra Man’s lair.
Tundra Man gives Mega Man the cold shoulder as he makes his grand entrance, complete with stage lights to highlight his big moment. Ready to show off his impressive ice skating skills to a captive audience, Tundra Man will skate along the ice-covered floor of his lair while throwing in a few aerial twists and graceful pirouettes for good measure. Although he may be difficult to hit as he whirls around at high speeds, his natural need for showmanship in between attacks can provide just the opening you need to land some powerful shots. Tundra Man can be tough to take down – he was built for arctic exploration and research, after all – but with careful movement or the right Robot Master weapon, you can shatter his icy veneer and claim his weapon for your own.
Defeating Tundra Man will equip you with Tundra Storm, channeling Tundra Man’s graceful aerial twists to create a column of icy winds in an attack that can hit enemies above and below the Blue Bomber. If you really want to send your foes into a deep freeze, turn on the Power Gear for a frozen blast that covers the entire screen!

In need of a community to join? Want to only play against casuals? Dojos are a new browser feature that will bring a vast amount of possibilities to improve your creativity and ability to meet like-minded individuals. Whether you’re looking for players who main the same character, players in the same country, or even players who want to talk about how much Chun-Li likes candy, you can create or find any dojo to your liking. Let’s start with the most exciting part of dojos: the free stage!
FREE DOJO STAGE
Every player who syncs their account on the official Shadaloo C.R.I. website and joins a dojo will receive the Dojo stage for free! This meditative stage reflects the look of a traditional dojo with an open area, wooden accents, and rays of light shining through. Although seemingly simple, the Dojo stage is unique in that it can be customized to fit your personal aesthetic.
If you’re unfamiliar with Shadaloo C.R.I., it’s an official source of information updated by the development team! You can discover lore about all your favorite characters in the Street Fighter universe, watch developer matches, get insight on character usage, see the current challenges for Extra Battle Mode, and much more!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR DOJO STAGE
Once you have synced your account on Shadaloo C.R.I. and have joined a dojo, you’ll have access to your dojo menu where you can customize your personal stage. Once in the “Customize Dojo” menu, you’ll see the current representation of your dojo at the top and the available objects you can use to decorate beneath it. There are a large variety of objects that can be obtained such as vehicles, instruments, sports items, plants, statues, and much more! Show everyone a glimpse into your interests, decorate based on feng shui, or create your own tropical retreat. Your stage, your way!
Upon seeing an object you want to place in your Dojo stage, simply click on it and place it in one of the available spaces. Some objects take up more room than others – a cable car is much larger than a vase – so careful planning is a must. You can also rearrange your objects without having to remove them first by going into “My Settings.” If you decide you want to completely wipe your Dojo stage and start fresh, there is an option to “Remove All” on the upper left of the screen – quickly turn that tropical retreat into a sports club!
You can obtain Dojo stage items in numerous ways, but most of them have specific unlock requirements, such as ranking high in the Dojo Rankings (explained below) or getting them through a separate set of readings in Fighting Chance. It’s important to note that Dojo Fighting Chance readings are completely separate from the readings that offer costumes, colors, and art work, but can still be opened up in Menat’s shop.
All that’s left to do is to show off your Dojo stage to your friends and family at home, or by playing online. We can’t wait to see how creative the community is!
CREATING AND MANAGING A DOJO
Dojos act as community hubs where the Grand Master is the leader. The person who creates the dojo will immediately be assigned as the Grand Master, but can then hand the title over to another member if they do not wish to be the leader. Upon creation, the Grand Master can name the dojo, set the dojo emblem, write an introductory blurb about the dojo, set maximum number of members, who can approve a member application, and even create a flyer of sorts to attract members.
If you’re looking for a dojo to join, you can search for them under a player’s Fighter ID, the dojo ID, or other conditions. You can only apply for one dojo at a time, but have the ability to cancel your application if need be. However, you’ll need to wait five minutes after cancelling an application to apply for another.
After joining a dojo, you can then view a list of dojo members, the dojo rankings, favorite characters, and profiles of other members. You can even add a comment to your dojo profile to let others know who you are, your personal goals, or random facts about yourself. It’s a great way to get to know your fellow members!
Your dojo can also be linked to your Twitter account, making communication that much easier!
DOJO RANKINGS
In the main dojo menu, you can visit “Member Ranking” to see how all members stand in the dojo. Every member will automatically have points applied to them upon playing Arcade, Survival, Extra Battle, Ranked Match, Casual Match, and Battle Lounge – the more you play, the more points you’ll get. Although you will be able to see which member contributes the most, in the end, every point obtained will factor into the larger dojo rankings where all dojos are displayed on a leaderboard. If your dojo ends each month as one of the top ranks, everyone in that dojo will receive a special decorative object to show off, so work together because every point counts! Dojo rankings can be viewed at any time and go as far as the 10,000 th dojo and will begin in October 2018.

Darkness is lurking around the corner as October draws near. Darkstalkers and Halloween costumes are coming to Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition on September 25 to bring in the fear!
Three Darkstalkers costumes are flying in: Chun-Li as Morrigan, Ed as Demitri, and Menat as Felicia. Darkstalkers is a Capcom fighting game series featuring characters inspired by different horror monsters, such as mummies, vampires, and zombies. This makes these costumes a perfect way to celebrate the spookiest month of them all.
Morrigan Costume (Chun-Li) – Morrigan Aensland is a succubus and main protagonist of the Darkstalkers series. In order to protect Morrigan from her own immense power, her adoptive father Belial had to split her soul into multiple parts. One of these parts ended up becoming Lilith, who was the inspiration for a costume for Juri. Seeing as how both Chun-Li and Morrigan are some of the most recognizable characters in their respective series, this playful costume is perfect for the first lady of Street Fighter.
Demitri Costume (Ed) – Demitri Maximoff is the embodiment of evil and one of the most powerful vampires in the series. He sees humans as walking meals and feeds on their blood to turn them into his servants. He’s mostly known for his Midnight Bliss attack where he drains the opponent dry of blood. Although Ed couldn’t be any more different than Demitri, perhaps this costume represents what Ed could have been if he had succumbed to M. Bison.
Felicia Costume (Menat) – Felicia is an energetic and cheerful catwoman who yearned to be a musical star. Unlike many of the more violent characters from Darkstalkers, she believes in peace and only resorts to fighting when absolutely necessary. She was raised by a woman named Rose who cared for her despite Felicia being a catwoman. Mentored by another woman named Rose herself, Menat should be more than happy to have the Felicia costume.

Capcom Beat ’Em Up Bundle, which features seven classics in one package, is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, for MSRP $19.99 – Steam at a later date! Gather your friends ‘cause this bundle will bring the arcade experience straight to you!
All seven classic games support couch co-op where you can play with your friends locally, and online to play with people around the world. Feel free to drop in and out of existing games both online and offline just like old times. You can even transport yourself to Japanese arcades and play the Japanese versions of these games.
Two of the games, Armored Warriors and Battle Circuit, have previously only been available in arcades, but now make their debut on consoles! Final Fight (1989) – Those who are familiar with the Street Fighter series may recognize a few characters from this title. Cody, Abigail, Guy, Sodom, Rolento, and versions of Poison and Hugo all originated from Final Fight before they made their appearances in their respective Street Fighter games. Up to two players can go on a mission to save Haggar’s daughter Jessica from the Mad Gear Gang by choosing one of three playable characters: Haggar, Cody, or Guy.
Captain Commando (1991) – Starring Capcom’s original mascot Captain Commando, this science fiction beat ‘em up allows up to four players to choose between Captain Commando, Mack the Knife, Ginzu the Ninja, and Baby Head. This Commando Team is tasked with ridding crime from the entire galaxy, but unbeknownst to them, many of the criminals have extraordinary powers.
The King of Dragons (1991) – Set in a medieval world with orcs, harpies, minotaurs and wyverns, The King of Dragons allows up to three players to choose between five characters that are reminiscent of standard tabletop games: Fighter, Dwarf, Elf, Cleric, and Wizard.
Knights of the Round (1991) – Based off of the legend of King Arthur, this game allows up to three players to choose between King Arthur himself, Lancelot, and Perceval. Learning how to effectively block is vital for getting through the seven stages. Just like medieval times, you can even ride horses, which will help you stomp down enemies!
Warriors of Fate (1992) – In the Japanese version, Warriors of Fate is based off of the Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. In the English version, an original story with Mongolian origins was created. Up to three players can choose between five great warriors to take down the evil overlord across nine stages.
Armored Warriors (1994) – Up to three players can take control of specialized variant armor that can be customized with a large array of parts. With seven stages in total, this mech-themed beat-em-up features “Team-up Change” that allows two variant armor to fuse into one.
Battle Circuit (1997) – Making its debut on consoles, this funky beat ‘em up follows a group of colorful bounty hunters. Players can choose between Cyber Blue, Captain Silver, Yellow Iris, Pink Ostrich, and Alien Green in co-op that supports up to four players!

With a spring in his step and a cheerful outlook, Bounce Man makes for one unlikely Robot Master in Mega Man 11. Compared to the angular Impact Man who’s driven to a point, the concerns of modern robot life simply bounce off of this smooth, round Robot Master. Don’t let appearances fool you, though; Bounce Man’s stage might just stretch you to your limits!
Originally an exercise instructor, Bounce Man’s brightly-colored body and friendly appearance have made him a smash hit with children and adults alike. Despite taking over an indoor wonderland as his own personal playground, Bounce Man still views everything as a playful game, bouncing off the walls with joy the moment Mega Man enters his chamber. Before you reach this rubbery robot, you’ll have to hop to it and navigate your way through the vibrant Boing-Boing Park.
True to its name, Boing-Boing Park is dedicated to safety first. You’ll rarely need to worry about falling into pits thanks to the noble efforts of Tosanizer V, a robot designed to keep people from jumping across gaps. Spikes are nowhere to be seen either, save for small, spiky robots called Gabyoalls patrolling along the ground that are installed for security. All that safety comes at a cost, though; bounding all over the place can make it difficult to get to where you want to go! True to its name, Boing-Boing Park will have you springing off the walls, the floor, and maybe the ceiling on occasion thanks to large parts of the stage being covered in brightly colored rubber balls that keep you on and off your toes at all times.
To further complicate things, bright, spherical robots Boyorn and Poyorn will tumble around, protected by a thick rubber armor that allows them to take significant damage while happily bouncing about. You might be tempted to blast them on sight, but their high resistance to damage and tendency to rebound off of everything makes it safer to leave them alone if you can help it. However you decide to tackle this stage, you’ll want to keep an eye out for solid ground to take a breather every now and then.
You’ll encounter all sorts of unusual platforming perils along the way, such as hands that recoil for a few seconds when you shoot them, only to swing around in a mighty slap when their timer runs out. They won’t cause any damage to Mega Man and are useful for crossing larger gaps that you may not be able to reach otherwise. Careful as you’re bouncing around, though; Bunby Balloons, robots designed to search for lost children, often seem to float right into your jumps. Their balloons are armored, making them difficult to pierce with regular attacks… and raising a lot of questions about how these robots stay afloat to begin with.
As you spring ever upwards through this vertical stage, you’ll eventually encounter the massive, dangerous, terrifying… Frog Balloon? Despite being a mid-boss, this famous mascot of Boing-Boing Park is rather cute. Much like the rest of the stage, looks can be deceiving; Frog Balloon has a way of catching you off guard with his stretchy tongue, capturing Mega Man before crashing into him. Unleash everything you have to deflate him when he’s not hopping about, but keep your wits about you! The diligent Pump Master K is always around to patch things up if Frog Balloon pops. You’ll need to burst Pump Master K’s bubble if you want to take out Frog Balloon for good.
Once you’ve made the final climb to Bounce Man’s chamber, he’s all ready to show off his skills to a new playmate. As his name might suggest, Bounce Man likes to tumble around the room, rebounding off the walls before crashing into Mega Man. He still seems a bit unaware that he’s supposed to be a force for evil, but nevertheless uses the Speed Gear to bounce around at high speed as the fight goes on. Utilizing your own Speed Gear can make life a bit easier, and a solid shot from the Power Gear can turn the tide in your favor – though the extreme force might have unintended consequences on Bounce Man’s systems!
He may be tough as rubber, but if you can best him, you’ll grab a weapon befitting of this Robot Master: Bounce Ball. Firing three rubber balls in front of Mega Man that can be tilted up or down, each projectile will rebound off the walls and enemies for a bit before bursting in a spray of confetti. You can have several shots on screen at once, and unleash colorful chaos with the Power Gear to fire off an additional three bouncy balls behind you with every use.

It’s time for some heavy metal. Joining the four previously revealed Robot Masters for Mega Man 11, the large and in charge Impact Man has assembled an army of building ‘bots at an old construction site, and it’s up to Mega Man to tear down his ambitions. A dedicated robot who likes to see a job through to the end, Impact Man is focused solely on spiking Mega Man into the ground… permanently! Read on to learn more about this riveting boss robot and his unique special weapon.
As a heavy-duty construction robot, it makes sense that Impact Man was designed to withstand some of the toughest working conditions, and was previously tasked with constructing solid foundations for future building projects. Perhaps because of his single-minded nature, Impact Man has tunneled deep within the caves and caverns of a construction site, ensuring that only the most diligent of heroes can pierce through to his lair hiding within. With a stage design calling back to the construction-themed Robot Masters from the original Mega Man, you’ll need guts to survive this challenging stage filled with moving platforms, pitfalls, and deviously placed enemies that are all looking to bring the hammer down on the Blue Bomber.
Most of the robots around the construction site keep up with proper safety protocol, setting up electrified barriers and Missile Cones to deter gate crashers. Pickaxe-throwing robots called Pickmen are stationed as lookouts for trespassers while Metalls are littered about, wearing their everything-proof safety helmets at all times and unleashing projectiles on unsuspecting intruders. With all these robots dedicated to safety, it might just lull you into a false sense of security as you dive into the construction site. Good thing Mega Man has his own helmet! Fortunately, the caves are structurally sound, and you won’t have to worry about falling rocks… unless you take a wrong step. With pickaxes, missiles, and all kinds of projectiles flying around, you’ll need to take extreme care that Mega Man’s adventures don’t come to a premature end from falling into a pit. Fortunately, clever use of the Speed Gear can help you maneuver around projectiles or knock stray pickaxes out of the air with a well-placed shot from your Mega Buster.
Before going spelunking, it’s a good idea to grab a few items from Dr. Light’s Lab like Beat Calls and E Tanks. Each single-use Beat Call is a literal lifesaver if you fall into a deadly pit, automatically summoning Mega Man’s friendly bird ally, Beat, to swoop in and rescue the Blue Bomber from impending doom. Helpful as the little robot bird is, Beat can only fly for so long while carrying Mega Man. Be sure to find a safe place to land before Beat gets tuckered out and drops Mega Man like a… well, you know.
Despite being taken over by Impact Man, the construction site is still bustling with activity, and nothing will stop these ‘bots from getting the job done. You might have seen Pickman Digger in the very first trailer for Mega Man 11 – he’s quite dedicated to his job and an accomplished driver, but never quite figured out how to operate the backhoe. Trading his pickaxe for a stick shift, this miniboss will try to bring heavy machinery down on the Blue Bomber’s head, or swing wildly in a circle to sideswipe players who aren’t keeping a close eye on the background. Careful positioning can keep you on your feet as he slams his way around the arena, shaking loose boulders as he goes, but you’ll have to time your shots just right to hit the cockpit and deal damage.
As the fight goes on, a Missile Cone drops on to the cabin, joining the fray to unleash a barrage of projectiles at Mega Man. Never doubt the comradery of construction! The power of friendship is on full display here, but it might not be as fun when it’s used against you. Clever use of special weapons gained from other Robot Masters can help turn the fight in your favor, so be sure to give it everything you’ve got!
Pierce through to the boss room at the bottom of the site, and you’ll meet up with Impact Man himself. As a robot who likes to get right to the point, don’t be surprised if he tries to impale you at the very start of the fight. At first, this building ‘bot seems pretty straightforward, with simple attacks such as jumping into the air and slamming down, or dashing across the room before crashing into the wall. With a spike that goes through metal and an ensuing explosion that would make Blast Man proud, you’ll definitely want to keep your distance when you see him getting ready to dash. Don’t count him out too early, though; when he activates his Power Gear, he becomes an unstoppable force, attempting to pulverize you with his souped-up form.
Your reward for punching out Impact Man is a spike of your very own, the aptly named Pile Driver. It’s great for dashing horizontally at high speeds, temporarily sticking to anything solid you impact before shoving off with an explosion and doing severe damage to enemies. By utilizing the Power Gear, you’ll get a longer dash and a more powerful explosion! Pile Driver makes a great way to get across gaps or to cover ground swiftly, and can even pierce straight through weaker enemies. It’s a great choice for completing stages quickly, or for clever movement tricks as long as you have the weapon energy to use it.
We can’t wait to see how you all put this unique weapon to use when Mega Man 11 comes to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on October 2 nd . DEVIL MAY CRY 5 (Available March 8th for PS4, XB1, PC)
The stylish gameplay of Devil May Cry returns in this brand new demo for Devil May Cry 5, publically playable for the first time in North America! Rev up Nero’s familiar sword, the Red Queen, blast your enemies from afar with his firearm, the Blue Rose, and take his new “Devil Breaker” arms for a spin – or a kick flip – in this slice of the full game. Just like with a pepperoni pizza, once you’ve had a slice you’re gonna want more, so be sure to check out the details on the Devil May Cry 5 panel and PAX party in the “events” section below!
RESIDENT EVIL 2 (Available January 25th, 2018 for PS4, XB1, PC)
Explore the Raccoon City Police Department both on and off the screen with a demo for Resident Evil 2 that takes place in a re-creation of the R.P.D. station on the show floor! Experience the amazing remake of this survival horror classic and explore the cramped and musty halls of the police station in this tense demo. This one is sure to be popular, so be sure to come to the booth early! Players who survive the Resident Evil 2 demo will receive an R.P.D. t-shirt with a zombie surprise printed on the inside (while supplies last).
MEGA MAN 11 (Available October 2nd, 2018 for PS4, XB1, Nintendo Switch, and PC)
The Blue Bomber has returned! Get your gloves on this demo of the latest adventure featuring Mega Man, complete with four stages – Block Man, Fuse Man, Blast Man, and Impact Man – and two Robot Master weapons – Block Dropper and Pile Driver – for PAX West. Jump and shoot your way through colorful levels on your way to defeat boss robots such as Block Man, and use the new Double Gear System to slow down time or power up your shots. Everyone who completes the demo will receive a special Pinny Arcade Mega Man 11 pin while supplies last, so don’t miss out!

We have a lil’ party for our fans (Ages 21+)… but not just any party… it’s the Devil May Cry 5 SSStylish Pizza Party! Featuring Dante’s favorite pizza: Pepperoni. But we’re kicking it up a stylish rank or two, and bringing you fancy flatbread pepperoni slices.
The party will run from 8pm until 12am (Pacific) at SPiN Seattle (1511 6 th Ave. Seattle, WA 98101), a very short walk from the convention center, and you don’t even need a PAX badge to get in! We’re working closely with Sonic Boombox to make it the most kickass DMC party ever. We’re even enlisting the help of DMC fan and cosplay extraordinaire VampyBitMe to host the party (btw, keep an eye out on her Twitch channel as she gears up for the occasion)! Speaking of cosplay, we’d love to see more awesome DMC cosplay, so if you’ve got some of your own, please do come in as your favorite DMC character.
Of course, our special guests from the dev team in Japan, director Hideaki Itsuno and producers Michiteru Okabe and Matt Walker will be at the party for autograph sessions (+ free posters) and photos with insane poses, so make sure you don’t miss it.
