D-Arts’ amazing line of Mega Man figures grows by one today with the official release of Black Zero. We’re celebrating by giving one away as a Unity Raffle, so get ready to spend some points!

If at any point in the past five years you’ve been in the market for game-related collectibles, odds are you know First 4 Figures by name. They’ve crafted some amazing sculptures of Link, Samus, Mario and more, and now they’re turning their attention toward the Blue Bomber and his scarf-totin’ brother.
These images are both “work in progress” versions of the final product, but given F4F’s track record you can expect high-quality resin statues when they finally launch. And according to the F4F Facebook page ( via TMMN ) they’re also considering X statues at some point. Until then, we have a silver anniversary Classic / X statue in the Capcom Store!
I’m also a proud owner of a Majora’s Mask Skull Kid and can personally vouch for its excellence! Can’t wait to see an updated image later this year 🙂

Okay, sorry if that headline is a little confusing, but I’m a bit excited here. “Who’s to say what quantifies ‘the best’ gameplay footage? That’s totally subjective, man” you ask? Maybe. But gameplay featuring Dustforce’s best player, is not. Here, see the whole thing below:

So what we’re going to do in today’s Twitch livestream is throw on Unity’s least experienced Dustforce player (probably Brelston), let him fumble through a specific level like a newborn fawn, then add highly skilled insult to understandable injury by showing Thor’s leaderboard-topping Dustforce runs for comparison. We’re literally going to show you the “best” to “worst” (sorry, Brelston) in the span of seconds, and we think it’s a great way to showcase how much gameplay variety players can get out of Dustforce depending on how they want to play. One hunter, one Bow and an infinite amount arrows and some miscellaneous items. Apparently, that’s all you need to take down the super powered Brachydios from the event quest Clashing Fists … you know, the one we barely scratched on an older MHMondays stream.
You don’t believe me? Seriously, just watch the video below by German Monster Hunter Ruslan Kondurow (Crona). Note: it’s a 49 minute video!
Yeah, we knew it would take a long time to complete this quest solo, given my experience with these quests taking about 30 minutes with 4 hunters. But it’s still pretty amazing, right?

Next week, DmC Devil May Cry celebrates its one-year anniversary! Can you believe it’s been that long already? Our little hands-on event here at the Capcom office still feels fresh in my mind.
If you’re super-late to the party or have been reluctant to try out this new take on the Devil May Cry series, you may be glad to know that the game is now available for FREE on PS3 to PlayStation Plus subscribers!
If you haven’t tried the game already, I hope that this will be the extra nudge of encouragement you need to give it a shot. I still regard this as one of the greatest examples of Eastern and Western collaboration, and the most thrilling project I’ve ever worked on. In fact, I think I might just fire it up tonight to celebrate.

German MH fan 1monsterschlacter managed to capture some really amazing moments here, like tight evasions and perfectly timed GS strikes, putting it all together in a really good montage that almost looks like it could be a trailer.
My favorite moment is definitely cutting Uragaan’s tail as it rolls past the hunter. What’s yours?
For the first time ever, the fine folks of Cook & Becker are allowing the public a chance at museum level prints of various art which celebrates 25 years of Street Fighter history from favorite artists such as Akiman, CRMK, Kinu Nishimura, Ikeno, Dai-Chan, Edayan and Shoei. These extremely high grade prints are available in a limited numbered quantity and will come with their own certificate of authenticity signed by Yoshinoro Ono himself.
After looking at the prints, I can tell you all that words don’t do them any justice; so check ’em in all their glory below.
You better believe these babies won’t last very long. Hurry over to Cook and Becker before it’s too late.
There’s no denying the professional quality of rnn’s image that won our MM25 album contest . But there were several other great pics that nearly made the cut, and today I wanted to share ’em and give the artists their due!
The header image up top is from Peter R, which channels a bit of ” Queen II ” and really walks the line between serious and playful. There are some smiles to be found, but the grim determination of X, Zero and the rest shines through.
This image was “constructed digitally with paper and magazine clippings,” which was definitely the most unique method I saw in the contest.
This colorful jam piece comes from Unity member Thor . It follows the contest rules by showcasing each of the main Mega Man, but then goes above and beyond by cramming just about every other character into such a tight space. Really highlights how much vibrancy and life there is in the MM universe. Love it!
Amr chose to focus on Volnutt, who’s discovered a secret, ancient relic featuring the other Mega Men in a classic level-select setup.
Jessica gave the group a brief moment of happiness – no sullen colors or anguished faces here!
Finally, Tabby really played up the musical nature of the contest by integrating the Mega Team’s helmets into a musical bar. I really dig the silly, squished, stylized looks for each of the characters. Fun!
