According to a  Joystiq   report this morning, CyberConnect2’s Matsuyama-san has given official word on the exact length of Augus’s sword, which was previously seen piercing all the way through the planet Earth. 

According to Matsuyama-san, the sword is 380,000 kilometers long, or approximately 236,121 miles. That’s just about the distance from the moon to here, which helps explain how Augus was able to shove Asura back here so quickly in this video . It also explains how the sword managed to pierce all the way through the planet Earth,  which is actually only about 7,918 miles in diameter.

So yeah. Pretty long sword.
