Spike.com just posted an article title ” The Top Eight Video Game Bugs That Made the Game Better ” and — wouldn’t you know it– Street Fighter II made the list with the above Guile Handcuffs glitch.

Of course, Street Fighter fans were probably already aware of the glitch so fess up: did any of you folks take advantage and beat foes down mercilessly?
