Pocket-Sized Dante is Here!

Jun 03, 2008 // s-kill

He may be spoiling demons’ days in miniature, but I think fans of the series will be amazed at the faithful translation of the DMC action to the small screen and the sheer amount of content. The Rebellion sword and his trusty pistols Ebony and Ivory are both in effect, as well as various Devil Arms.

If idle talk and a tiny screenshot don’t convince you, however, perhaps the relatively gigantic size of the game will leave you impressed: the whopping 1.3 megs (whopping for a mobile game), gets you 50 missions and 20 floors of rendered full 3D action in “Challenge Mode.”

That’s enough to put this well past “my flight was delayed and I need something to do” and into “Um… this is a real game!” with plenty to keep explorers, button-mashers, and combo-masters busy for a looong time. Check it out on your Verizon new releases ASAP.
