Our man in Japan, Scott Popular , is back from Tokyo’s Shinagawa Intercity Hall with a great rundown ofthe Capcom Grapple Festival .  In addition to the freeplay fighting bonanza, it was also the first round of Japan’s National Street Fighter IV tournament.
