Competition Rules: [Monster Hunter Rise x Corsair Screenshot Competition]

These Competition Rules set out the rules that govern the competition. They should be read in conjunction with the Capcom Standard Competition Terms and Conditions available at here and which apply to this competition. If there is any inconsistency between these Competition Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions, then these Competition Rules will take precedence but only to the extent of that inconsistency:

1. Competition Description: Monster Hunter Rise x Corsair Screenshot Competition

2. Competition Prize: Three winners will be selected to win One Mouse “SABRE RGB PRO” and One Mouse Mat “MM700 RGB” for each winner.
Total value of each prize pack is approximately 130 EUR.

3. Competition Period: The competition is open from 6.00pm GMT on 2nd March 2022 and closes at 6:00pm GMT on 7th March 2022.
Your entry must be received within this period.

4. Specifications for entry: The entrant must publish their own tweet containing a suitable screenshot (per competition entry guidelines) during the competition window. Only one entry is allowed per person. There are three prize sets in total. There will be three winners, each receiving one prize set. No purchase is necessary.

5. Eligibility: The Competition is open to residents within Europe and North America aged 18 or over except for (i) residents of countries/states where holding a competition of this kind is prohibited, (ii) residents of Mexico and Quebec, and (iii) employees of Capcom, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition. 

6. Competition Winner: We’ll select three (3) winners via internal judging panel. Entries will be judged based on creativity, inspiration, and uniqueness. NOTE: graphical quality will NOT be factored into our considerations.
The winners will be notified via the Twitter account through which they submitted their entry. The winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date.  
The winner must claim their prize by 48 hours of first contact by Capcom. Failure to claim a prize by this time will void the prize and Capcom may, at its sole discretion, choose a substitute winner or not award the prize.

7. Personal Information: Capcom may collect your personal information (e.g. social media username, postal address) and process it for the purpose of carrying out the competition (including for the purposes of awarding any prizes). By entering the competition, you consent to Capcom sharing your data with other companies within the Capcom group of companies for the purposes of competition.

8. Copyrights: You hereby grant Capcom and any third party Capcom designates a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free right and license to copy, manufacture, use, change, amend, modify, enhance, sell, publicly display, publish, distribute, and transmit, the images of you submitted to the competition, or any other form of materials based on such images applied wholly or partially, and uploaded to the application.  You also confirm that the uploaded image(s) do not infringe or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights or any rights of publicity.

9. Exclusion: Capcom reserved the right to exclude any applicant or any entries which it deems to be offensive or improper in any way at its sole discretion. Capcom is in no way obliged to use any entry and reserves the right to reject participation upon suspicion of foul play and usage of the application.
