Today  November 16th, eight of the UK’s strongest Street Fighter 4 players face off at  Capcom ‘s UK HQ in the  WinnerStaysOn  invitational tournament! We’re going live in 15 minutes of posting this blog, so read on quickly and tune in!

After two years of successfully running events in London,  WinnerStaysOn  is at the forefront of the UK Fighting Game community, working closely with  Capcom  on a number of large-scale events across the country. The Invitational tournament is the culmination of the final season of weekly  WinnerStaysOn  ranking tournaments, which has produced the top 8 rated fighters.

The players are fighting for a £1750 prize pool split between the top 3, supported generously by Capcom UK  and MadCatz.

We are excited to bring you this event broadcast live via the  twitch.tv/CapcomFighters  channel from 6pm GMT on November 16th (In 15 mins time from posting this!) by Europe’s leading Fighting Game caster (and long time WSO collaborator) James ‘ WorstGiefEVER ‘ Bardolph! The tournament will be run in a first to 5 wins, single elimination bracketed format, so it truly is ‘Winner stays on’ for these players.
