Words fail me, but unfortunately they did not fail whoever did the character voices in this instructional video for Street Fighter II Turbo Hyper Fighting.  My theory is that this may be the work of a single, terrible voice actor going through their whole repertoire of offensive stereotype voices (lone gunman theory).

Ironically, although everything else about the video is solid fail, it does feature a young Tomo Ohira, who is actually one of the greatest American Street Fighter players of all time. The gameplay in the background (which has little or no relation to the script) also contains the occasional high-level manuever, and is probably b-roll of Tomo himself.  Even the script is a painful mix of cheezy backstory mixed in with character specifics that clearly came from someone that really knows what they’re talking about.
