“Rounding out the console-exclusive characters is fan favorite, Cammy. Like many of the other returning characters, she hasn’t changed much, but it’s hard to tell how well she’ll be able to hang with the rest of the cast. Her Cannon Spike remains her best anti air attack, and the Hooligan Combination is still effective in the right hands. The Quick Spin Knuckle is just as evasive as it once was and has Armor Break properties to beef it up slightly. Cammy also has the Spiral Arrow dive kick in the air, and while it can be used from the ground instantly with a Tiger Knee motion, it’s not as effective as Rufus, Akuma or Gouken’s dive kicks.”
