The latest PS3 update allows users to rate PSN content and website PS3 Attitude has compiled a list of the top 20 rated PSN games. The Resident Evil series has a large presence on this list, nabbing three of the twenty spots on the list. Resident Evil 2 leads team Capcom at #4, followed by Resident Evil 3 (#6), and Resident Evil: Director’s Cut (#13).
