As mentioned a couple of weeks ago , one of the main activities at our annual SDCC Street Fighter panel was an official crowning of Mr and Mrs Street Fighter. Dozens of cosplayers lined the hall, strutted their stuff and made a bid, but only two could walk out victorious!

First, the ladies lined up, posed for pictures, then walked over to the giant screen.

Our panelists then selected three to move on for the final audience-applause vote. But before that, we need to select three dudes as well…

Just as Matt, Peter and Dan P were about to choose their final three, Ono-san arrived to assist with the audience vote!

After audience applause and cheers, we had our winners!

In addition to prestige and a lovely sash, both winners also got a signed SF25 collector’s set and a Capcom Store grab bag full o’ goodies!

However… the challenge never ends. Will they return to defend their victory next year? Will YOU rise up and steal the title? We’ll have to see at SDCC 14!
