Everyone’s favorite rabbit beast learns a number of new tricks in  Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate !

You may remember I wrote about this beast during our MH3U campaign , and even wonder why I’m bringing it up again for MH4U. This time, I wanted to get you thinking about how returning monsters have changed to fit MH4U’s new gameplay systems.

For example, you see here Lagombi’s signature belly slide attack… but notice how its belly is not touching the ground here. That’s because it was sliding down a hill with ledges – much like how you can perform jump attacks.

Now think of all the possibilities: projectiles being shot off at various angles, monsters rushing down or up hills, some even running on walls! That’s gotta spice some of the battles that you’d otherwise label as familiar.
