Gaming blog Kotaku managed to catch up to the very busy Hironobu Takeshita, producer of Zack & Wiki and the recently announced We Love Golf!, during the Tokyo Game Show. Takeshita-san lends some insight into interesting topics such as how the name for Zack & Wiki was arrived at, and the fact that he hasn‒t actually played any golf!

To start he said that Treasure Island Z was out because they couldn‒t secure the international right to the name because of the book. They went through almost two hundred other names before settling on Zak and Wiki.
