Joseph Gordon-Levitt , aka Arthur from the extremely great Inception , aka that kid from “3rd Rock from the Sun” made an appearance on Jimmy Fallon last week.  He talks about being a child star, but if you skip to the 3:15 mark, he talks about the first thing his parents let him buy with his child-star money:  a Street Fighter II arcade cab!

My favorite part is not only where he calls out Mortal Kombat and Tekken as pale imitations, it’s where he pretty much nails the heart of Street Fighter as “a fast-paced chess game” and then bags on Jimmy for even mentioning Centipede in the same breath!  Basically he nerds out like only a true lover of the game could do, so Joseph Gordon-Levitt, my hat is off to you sir. 

Just remember:  the many members of the Street Fighter tribe are *everywhere*!
