In addition to the original included countries of Italy, Germany, France, Spain, and the U.K., the following countries are now also eligible: 

    * Switzerland

    * Sweden
    * Norway
    * Denmark
    * Belgium
    * The Netherlands
    * Luxembourg
    * Ireland
    * Portugal
