It was a crazy long weekend in San Diego to say the least…  Trying to manuever the show floor was pure insanity as you tried to squeeze by gals in their Poison Ivy outfits and avoid way too many guys dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow (time to put that costume to bed people!).  We released a lot of news and goodies for the North American release of  Dead   Rising 2 Off The Record at the show and here’s a quickie summary in cased you missed anything:

Electric Crusher! – Snow just posted a story about this awesome new combo weapon created by Unity’s own VileMethoD (who made the trek to Comic Con to join us).  Check out the link and see the Electric Crusher zap some zombies!

Chuck’s Jacket? – As an added treat for fans Dead Rising 2 Off The Record will recognize DR2 save data on your console’s hard drive and unlock Chuck Greene’s iconic yellow motorcycle jacket for Frank to squeeze into!

Official Dead Rising Comics on the way! – Capcom announced their partnership with IDW Publishing for a series of official Dead Rising comics that tell the story between the end of the original Dead Rising and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero – the kick ass cover to issue #1 (The Road to Fortune) was revealed.  Dead Rising Road To Fortune comes out this October!

Official Dead Rising Facebook page and YouTube Channel!

We’ve had a Facebook page for Dead Rising for a few months now but earlier this week FRANK WEST hijacked it as well as our new Dead Rising YouTube Channel – Be sure and check them both out and become a FAN!
