The first title launched under the franchise extension is Who Wants To Be A Millionaire 2009, an all-new mobile translation of the hit television show hosted by Meredith Vieira.  Who Wants To Be A Millionaire 2009 launched with much fanfare exclusively on Verizon Wireless, and finished as a top selling mobile game among Verizon Wireless customers for May ’08.

The original “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” mobile game launched in 2003 to critical and commercial success.  Since that time, DADT and Capcom have collaborated on several updated installments of the game including Millionaire 2007, Millionaire Music Edition and Millionaire Pop Culture Edition.
