Chloebs and her friend created this Power Stone PSP theme  for you PS fans! For those of you who don’t know, a TON of work goes into creating a PSP theme. It’s extremely time consuming, and requires some crazy file types. This theme Chloebs created is one of the best I’ve seen. She even has alt wallpapers to DL!
