Wow, Bear McCreary is only 30! I was still working on riding a bike without training wheels at 30 and he’s already composed one of the best soundtracks to ever grace a television show (Battlestar Galactica, duh) as well as the score for an amazing video game (Dark Void, double-duh). The San Francisco Examiner talks with Bear about his work and pumps us up for Dark Void, describing the music as much more “playful” than Battlestar ‘s dark, military themes.
